I’ve done the realtor grind - the 18 hour work days, 7 days a week, door knocking, cold calling, you name it. Everything else around me was falling apart and I was exhausted to say the least. There had to be a more efficient way to leverage myself. By taking everything I have learned and experienced over the past 15 years, I am excited to share my tools to take other realtors to the next level - how to go beast mode. Duane’s entrepreneurial spirit didn't stop there; they co-founded a lending company and spearheaded its growth to 85 loan officers in that short time, alongside launching a title company, further solidifying their presence in the real estate ecosystem.
In 2023, Duane embarked on a new chapter, selling their successful businesses to pursue their passion for worldwide expansion and coaching. He founded REALD2D a groundbreaking door-to-door expansion brokerage and coaching program, extending their expertise and mentorship to agents worldwide, and has personally trained the rookie of the year each year he’s been in the business. Duane continues to inspire and empower others with their innovative approach, unwavering dedication, and relentless pursuit of excellence in every endeavor they undertake.
