I‘m John Tsai, and my passion is to help other realtors double, triple, quadruple their production and income. I have been in the real estate game the past 15 years (since 2005). I’ve done the realtor grind - the 18 hour work days, 7 days a week, door knocking, cold calling, you name it. Everything else around me was falling apart and I was exhausted to say the least. There had to be a more efficient way to leverage myself. By taking everything I have learned and experienced over the past 15 years, I am excited to share my tools to take other realtors to the next level - how to go beast mode. These Podcasts are audio versions of my YouTube videos where I interview other high performing realtors and ask them how they achieved next level success. POWER HALF HOUR ep112 March 1st at 11AM. Super excited to interview with our guest speaker Dave Janis!
Dave started selling real estate in a new market where he didn't know anyone when he and Anne moved to Boulder in 2008. He was the rookie of the year at Coldwell Banker Colorado out of 1200 agents and have consistently ranked in the top 10 agents for the last 14 years and work hard to provide excellent service and will do what it takes to get the job done.
In 2018, he started to flip some properties and turns out, that he enjoys building houses than selling and built a team around that business model. He have two sales agents who are Realtors and still sell about 80-100 homes a year ($1.2m Gross revenue).
He know the Boulder County market better than anyone. Maybe from expired listings or seeing thousands of properties? It's a skill I have that is unmatched. Worst case scenario - He cut my teeth selling houses in a down market and did very well. He sold 50 expired listings in 2012 - While not preferred he will do what it takes and what others will not to get through any market.
