I‘m John Tsai, and my passion is to help other realtors double, triple, quadruple their production and income. I have been in the real estate game the past 15 years (since 2005). I’ve done the realtor grind - the 18 hour work days, 7 days a week, door knocking, cold calling, you name it. Everything else around me was falling apart and I was exhausted to say the least. There had to be a more efficient way to leverage myself. By taking everything I have learned and experienced over the past 15 years, I am excited to share my tools to take other realtors to the next level - how to go beast mode. Robert have been in Real Estate since 1999 and have helped over 2000 families in the sale or purchase of their home. He has experience in selling residential, commercial, investment properties and land.
In his first year, he sold 42 properties, 2nd year 86, 3rd year 101, with his best production year of 156 deals and $1.4 million as a lone producer. Additionally, he has previous knowledge of mortgage lending and has been successful in selling over $750 million in real estate and had the benefit of being in the top 1% of the top 1% in all real estate agents nationwide.
He was formerly the Broker and Owner of a Century 21 office as well as 2nd Brokerage “Premier Realty” with each over 100 agents working under his brokerage and have earned several awards including a “Double Centurion Award” and “Grand Centurion Award” for Century 21, which he take most pride in.
His local areas are Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Alta Loma, Fontana and Ontario; however, they do service all of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Currently, the President of “Majestic Investments, Inc.” as well as a Real Estate Coach for the Mike Ferry Organization.
