I‘m John Tsai, and my passion is to help other realtors double, triple, quadruple their production and income. I have been in the real estate game the past 15 years (since 2005). I’ve done the realtor grind - the 18 hour work days, 7 days a week, door knocking, cold calling, you name it. Everything else around me was falling apart and I was exhausted to say the least. There had to be a more efficient way to leverage myself. By taking everything I have learned and experienced over the past 15 years, I am excited to share my tools to take other realtors to the next level - how to go beast mode. Ken has spent the better part of 20 years helping families as a real estate agent and highly delegated property management business. He also serves on the State level as a commissioner for off highway vehicles/public lands division, is a board member of a 100+ family social camping/atv social club and is an active volunteer/contributor at the Serving our Kids foundation which feeds 4,600 children in the Las Vegas valley area each weekend.
Ken will share his story regarding how the Mike Ferry system, and his mastermind group have allowed him to overcome life and financial adversity and live a rewarding contribution based life.
