There had to be a more efficient way to leverage myself. By taking everything I have learned and experienced over the past 15 years, I am excited to share my tools to take other realtors to the next level - how to go beast mode. HI guys! In this video I share with you MY WHY and What lights me up. I've been in the business since 2006, this is my 15th year in the business and my WHY has evolved over the years. For most of my career I chased accolades and all the shiny objects. It ended up burning me out. I’ve done the 18 hour work days, 7 days a week, pounding the pavement and the phones. I was exhausted to say the least. The daily grind and the constant feeling of starting at $0 had me asking - can I keep doing this? Can I keep chasing these "things".
My passion right now is helping other realtors double, triple, quadruple their production and income. By taking everything I have learned and experienced over the past 15 years, I am excited to share my tools to take you to the next level.
